Larry's Towing Utah

Thanks to the guy for helping me out. Just got my car towed and brought back home. The girl that picked up the phone around 4am sounds like she was in a hurry. Called again around 6am and the guy who answered was chill. All he needed was the address of pickup and drop off, time, car info, and he gave me a quote. I guess it was really busy on my first call but glad I called again and that guy picked up.

I gotta give a huge shoutout to Cole our tow truck driver. after getting the run around from our insurance road side assistant waiting over two hours up in spanish fork canyon with the temps at 29 degrees just to get told sorry for the inconvenience but your tow was canceled. so now it's midnight and we called stauffer's towing and they had us a truck to not only pick the truck up but tow the toy hauler back home as well. Cole our driver was very friendly and definitely can hold a conversation. I would highly recommend them to be your first call.

Every towing company has trucks, and each provides a service, but not all have service-minded, capable, and kind drivers whose focus is on helping solve difficult, sometimes stressful problems. The driver assigned to us was Carl D. He was professional, resourceful, safe, and confident. Once loaded, as we drove down a long driveway on our way out, a tree limb appeared to be hanging too low for the load to clear. It easily could have been broken by the load's height. Carl carefully climbed out of the cab and onto the back of the truck, reached up to the limb, and lifted it over the load to prevent any damage to the tree and the load. This really was going "above and beyond". He cared. He provided his service with a smile and, once the job was complete, extended a handshake and said two important words: "thank you". In addition to our experience with Carl, we encountered customer service representatives who provided important details and explained what to expect. All of this in advance of what we needed. Overall, our experience was a good one, made pleasant by good people who did their jobs professionally and kindly, working to make things happen as needed.

Never use the service, but with the way I’ve seen your drivers drive. I never will. No blinkers, cutting people off, almost causing accidents, becoming very hostile when you call the driver out. Seems like you’re the ones who need to have your vehicles towed

These guys did a great job recovering my truck in some very rough terrain. Great personalities. Very eager to help and just all around attitudes. Due to the severity and location of the recovery they knocked it out of the park. Thanks for the help stay safe out there
